Exchanges and Returns
What is the exchange and return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns within 15 business days of receiving your order.
For an exchange or return to be accepted, the item must:
- It must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, or odors.
- To be returned in the original packaging, with labels, invoice, hygienic protector and bag included.
BAJA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or contaminated washing. We always recommend following the care instructions provided with the product.
How do I make an exchange or return?
To begin the process, contact us by email at bajaswimwear@hotmail.comor through our social media channels.
Exchanges
After we receive the item in our workshop and it passes quality control, we will contact you by email to confirm the availability of the new model/size.
If available, we will send you the payment details for shipping and any price differences. Once payment is confirmed, the new item will be shipped to the address indicated in the order.
Returns
After the item is received and validated by our quality control department, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (excluding shipping costs).
The refund period is up to 3 business days after the item arrives at our workshop.
