Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 15 business days of receiving your order.
The items must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use or washing, with original packaging, tags, invoice, hygienic protector, and bag included.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued via the same payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 3 business days after quality control validation.
